But, there is a condition , you must have a website and a business email account . If you have all of these,  you are good to go .

2. You can build your own email marketing campaign ~
To Building or subscribing to a Sending System you can use AWS SES, Mailgun, and Mandrill are examples of SMTP services. etc., and set up an email marketing programme.You can then use programmes like Mailwizz, Mailster, and others. Link the two and you'll have your own device. as if you're a MailChimp or some mailing list subscriber.
There is one minor disadvantage of using your own device which involves developing a system,  It takes about 2-3 days to properly set up everything. But then you'll be able to send emails roughly 10 times lower the amount of money.
